Summer Outdoor Living Tour (with video!)
A huge warm welcome to our Summer Outdoor Living Tour! If you're coming from The Greenspring Home, hello and thank you for following along! Kelly helped gather everyone together for this tour. She is so supportive and great at creating a sense of community.
My husband and I live in Rockwall, Texas (35 minutes northeast of Dallas) so I thought it was only fitting to create a fun Tex-Mex fiesta vibe when showcasing our patio. With this, bright colors and cactuses were the first to come to mind!
I reused the same melamine plates as featured in my Outdoor Living post and brought out our flatware from inside.
I picked up the festive runner (folded in half longways) and placemats at HomeGoods. What's intended to be a dinner napkin is actually a kitchen towel, also from HomeGoods. I loved the message so much that I returned the original dinner napkins I'd purchased and went with these instead.
What's a fiesta without margaritas?! The blue-rimmed margarita glasses are from World Market and went right along with the theme. Also very fitting were the mini Patron bottles! I added lime juice for taste (and color), salted the rim, and cut plastic straws to use for sipping.
Right next to the bar top/dining area is our outdoor bar cart from Joss & Main where guests can fix themselves a margarita. How CUTE is the salt and lime rimmer set from Mud Pie?
Also from Mud Pie is this salsa set. I like to create different levels, so I used my glass trifle bowl from Crate & Barrel for the tortilla chips.
If you love our outdoor sectional, now is the best time to scoop it up! The Portside Sectional by West Elm is discounted 20%! The pillows are finds from HomeGoods and the string lights with antique Edison bulbs are from Amazon.
View a short video with aerial views created by my sweet husband here. To see our patio styled for spring, check out my Outdoor Living post.
If you're visiting for the first time, I'm so glad you're here and I hope you'll continue to follow along! Join here to stay connected! If you're re-visiting, I appreciate you more than you know and as always, thank you for choosing to spend a little bit of time with me. Your next stop is the very talented Jane At Home.
