Baby #2 Gender Reveal Video!

At 18 weeks and one day I had the anatomy scan for our littlest babe and asked the sonographer to seal the results away in an envelope! Easter fell just five days later and I wanted to find out the news together as a family in a special way!

I’m always trying to be unique, so I was digging for inspiration when I came up with the idea to reveal by Rowan hunting a special gold egg filled with either a blue or pink Peep! I scrolled across a gender reveal scavenger hunt on Pinterest and thought an egg hunt would be the perfect way to involve Rowan. So I asked my best friend who lives nearby to pop over and peek at the results.

The COVID-19 pandemic has temporarily changed how we celebrate and gather, but it was important to me to include our family and friends. I asked those closest to us to send me a video with their predictions and capturing our reaction was a great way to share the news in real time.
