How do I take measurements? The best way to submit measurements is to hand-sketch your floor plan on plain white paper with dimensions of each wall including ceiling height and notations of windows, closets, doorways, outlets, built-ins or niches, etc.
How long will the design process take? You can expect your final e-design within 2-3 weeks for a single room project. For a multi-room project, please allow seven additional days per room.
When is payment due? An invoice will be sent to you via e-mail and the design process will begin once payment is made in full.
What is a concept board? A concept board is a preview of the design that is submitted during the first phase of e-design. Think of it as a first impression of your room, based on your questionnaire. This is not your final design.
What if I have an open-concept floor plan? If you have an open-concept floor plan, pricing is determined by each area you want designed. For example, if you have an open living and dining and you want both areas designed, I consider this two rooms.
Can I request changes after I receive my final e-design plan? It's important to me you have the best experience possible and I want you to love the design you receive. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to let me know within 30 days of receiving your final e-design plan.
What is your refund policy? It is my priority to provide outstanding service and a design you love. Although, e-design services are very personable and therefore non-refundable due to the customized nature of work.
